This greeting card measures 5 ½" x 4 ¼" and is packaged in a clear plastic sleeve. The card comes with a white envelope and is blank inside.
About the design: I named this pressing Aquidneck Butterfly because of how it resembles its namesake in grace and beauty. This seaweed is Palmaria palmate (Dulse), and grows among the kelp in the sublittoral zone. Who knew something this beautiful was out there getting tangled in your feet or fishing line! This specimen was collected at Third Beach, Middletown, Rhode Island.
