Tide pools are an exciting glimpse into the different species of seaweed and animals that are native to the marine environment. When you think nothing's there look closer and you'll observe a habitat teeming with life.
Seaweed collecting is at its best at low tide when the water is calm and concentrated. In my Tide Pool Series I am recreating a moment in time when these species coexisted in-between the tides. As the earth continues to evolve and change, these snapshots tell the story of what currently exists, with all its beauty and fragility.
This Limited Edition Fine Art print is made using Ultrachrome pigmented inks and printed on Moab Natural White 100% cotton rag paper. Each print is signed by the artist. Edition of 25.
