The seaweed in this collage was sourced from Brenton Point on Ocean Drive in Newport. The tide pools are amazing here and a variety of specimens are collected in the pools at low tide. Some of the types of seaweed in this collage are: Chenille weed (because it resembles Chenille yarn), Gracilaria and other native species.
This piece is pressed and dried into 8 x 10" acid free watercolor paper and signed by the artist. It will be packed flat for shipping.
