Caught in the waters off of Fort Adams in Newport, Rhode Island, this sea bass was originally imprinted in the Gyotaku method by artist Tony Chatowsky. Gyotaku is an old Japanese art form in which the fish is cleaned, painted and pressed with paper or fabric which is carefully peeled back to transfer the image.
