This Striped Bass was caught by Aquidneck Island fishing legend Iron Mike and was imprinted in the Gyotaku method by artist Tony Chatowsky. Gyotaku is an old Japanese art form in which the fish is cleaned and painted, then pressed with paper or fabric which carefully is peeled back to transfer the image.
This Giclee is printed on Bradford Natural White 100% rag paper with archival ink. Each print has the scientific and common name written at the bottom.
Frame and mat not included.
Shipping: This print will be carefully packaged between sturdy cardboard sheets or rolled into a tube and shipped using USPS with Priority Mail.
